Cons

All about profit and verbally abusive (profanity used) and unprofessional CEO, expected to work over 40 hours per week, loyalty means absolutely nothing to this lady, mistakes are called out in front of everyone at the top of her lungs, COO is a hypocrite, talks about company values but doesn’t practice what he preaches, doesn’t greet anyone when he walks into the room, it is far from the what is used to be. You are nothing but a number here.

Great pay days off during the week

Cons

Work every other weekend. Have non medical people make decisions for the company. They micro manage but do not lead. Make changes without thinking how it affects others. Fix one problem and cause another. I may just put my notice and go elsewhere and feel respected
