Great pay, providers, days off during the week

Cons

Management seems blind to the clinic operations. The front desk is completely crazy. The schedule doesn't make any sense should be 2/3 columns with assigned appointment slots for testing, for urgent care and Physicals. Patients walk in requesting results for covid test but because there is people lined out to outside door I can not help pt until I get moment. Being a sole tech at the front its a very difficult job. I wish all Management team would sit up there in a busy morning so they undertand what we are enduring. We barely have time to clean out rooms properly with all testing coming in at one time.
