Pros

Great team-oriented work environment. Transparent administration, which is tremendously helpful for growth. Training and onboarding are appropriate for the setting and also felt personal, which is refreshing. Intermittent continuing education for all is provided, which is awesome!

Cons

The hours can be long, and you will frequently stay late working in a busy clinic. However, it makes sense with an urgent care setting, and fortunately you are well compensated with hourly pay for the times you work late.

The people, room for advancement, flexible with locations you work, can get overtime. Top notch employees.

Cons

Must work weekends, lots of virtual meetings, travel downtown Houston for training but that’s just for a week or two

OT is declined frequently. No consistency with working with providers. Certain people do all the heavy lifting, while others sit back and complain. Favoritism.
