Pros

Nice to work with a company that has a great reputation and really cares about taking care of patients . Managers are very accessible and really listen to employee feedback.

Cons

Hours can be long and sometimes working weekends can be a bummer

Pros

You get to create your 12 hour shifts. Next Level is a growing company that thrive through reviews and word of mouth. It's a good company to work for. If you're an Radiology Tech the pay is good. As a Medical Assistant the pay is ok. They are constantly growing and there is room to bring your ideas.

Cons

Insurance sucks big time. I can't afford it for my family. I wish they paid their MA 's better considering the median of Houston's medical assistant salary. Since the company thrives on reviews, I feel that's the only way to get recognized. Excellent customer service is the key. Other than that, amazing company to work for.

Pros

12 hour shifts allows for more days off. Competitive salary. Opportunities for continuing education paid for by the company and career advancement. Ownership of your schedule and ability to pick up shifts, trade shifts or drop shifts. Bonuses based on patient volumes.

Cons

Upper management and owner of the company can have a tendency to gossip and make decisions about employees based on what other people say or think rather than on how the employee actually performs. Rumors spread quickly throughout the company and you have to be cautious of what you say to anyone in management. The company terminates employees instantly solely based on negative patient reviews rather than investigating the validity of the complaint and offering remediation opportunities. You never feel secure in your job because they firmly believe in at will employment and they will terminate you if they don't like you. Such lack of training for new employees and the person that's in charge of training tells people in the company how bad the recruits are, gossips about what they did wrong and usually had nothing positive to say. Most of the time she doesn't have great experience in what she trains people to do and has to ask people if what she is doing correct.
