Pros

Next Level is a growing company that provides amazing benefits to it's employees, including the ability for you and your family to be seen at any Next Level clinic for FREE. When I first heard that, I thought I must've heard wrong. I've been at Next Level for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier to be part of this team. I have a super supportive boss who wants to hear my input and see me grow, and have an amazing team who I can lean on if I'm ever feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

I haven't found any that I are red flags at this point. There are always bumps in the road with any company, but I think that Next Level tends to pick back up, from what I've seen.

Pros

Great company support from founder to immediate supervisor and peers. As an NP you will actually meet and work with your supervising MD. No bullying (which, recently, seems to be making an appearance in other companies) always constructive criticism. This company takes pride in providing environment for those earning DNP. There is one person whose only job is to make all company employees happy (from MA's to NP's). Raffles to sports venues. Lottery for cruises. Dinner meetings. Benefits recognize same gender couples and adoptive families. Excellent, knowledgeable and experienced providers.

Cons

Expectation to see 30-40pt/12h shift is not uncommon for urgent care but just too much for me. You will work hard. In 2019 training was not streamlined. I'm sure this has been addressed.
