      They just want to sell the company

      Flexible work schedule with remote work opportunities

      Cons

      The goal of leadership is to sell the company and they are obsessive over profits. They don’t care about the work or the employees. They hire anyone and move on to the next contract. There is no culture. Only an obsession to sell the company as fast as possible. Not what I was hoping for from an employer. I feel like I was lied to. The best employees left the company so I’m looking too.

      Pros

      NextGen has a nice mix of projects, ranging from services, to solutions, to R&D. They are growing and actively hiring all the time. Management is engaged with the employees and holds regular all-hands meetings.

      Cons

      With a distributed workforce, it is sometimes hard to get to know co-workers.
