Pros
Good negotiating room for starting pay, good private benefits (company fights for the best valued healthcare for workers), engaging work, impeccable communication from upper management to promote the quality of your work with customer.
Cons
Flexibility with telework and other contract terms for the employee is not very flexible, but will try to be flexible with your schedule. 401K isn't a great matcher until after 2 years of employment at company.
