      Remote work. Decent and motivated co-workers.

      Wants to be a start-up without the pay, or perks, or benefits, or interesting work. People are burned out, people are scared to take vacation or time off. They will shun you if you disagree with program leadership. People are set up for failure - hired with lies and misleading claims. If you are interviewing, talk to people on your potential team. Have these conversations one-on-one, and do not just speak with the leadership, but others at your same level. Ask what their work-life balance looks like and how the environment is.

      The company is growing, and with that comes many more project opportunities. The management is very kind and down to earth, and the company seems to truly care about their employees. Many of the current employees seem to be content working here into the foreseeable future. There is a wide variety of contracts and work available, so, if you're the type that likes to dip your toes in a little bit of everything, this can be great for you.

      Cons

      You may have little choice as to what contract you end up on. Depending on their needs, they might shuffle you around a bit. This might result in you winding up on a project you have little interest in. Pay is below national average.
