The most toxic management I have ever seen in my entire career. * Discriminatory managers. Abusive to US workers. Downright cruel to offshore workers. * Cronyism. No standard hiring process. Managers hire whoever they like regardless of skill or knowledge. * Corruption. I was once directly instructed to vote yes on a candidate who was known to be incompetent. Total lack of direction from senior leadership. * Complete lack of technical know-how by senior leadership. * Extreme "figure it out" pressure from managers who don't understand the tech stack or its constraints. * Constant avoidable pivots due to literally just not asking stakeholders for requirements. Failing business * Clients are furious with Nextgen's incompetence. They are leaving at a massive pace. * Company's margins are shrinking.
