      scheduling is a joke. pay is dismal. management is a joke. doctors are furious with thier contracts

      Pros

      The job is rewarding and I love all of my doctors in my routes.

      Cons

      This company could care less on the quality of life of its lithotripsy techs. They take them for granted and there is no reward or time off given EVER! Being a lithotripsy tech for this company I felt more unappreciated then any other place of work. They have absolutely no work/life balance!

      NextMed techs have the highest passing rates for certification tests in the industry almost 100% vs 70% by our competitors. We promote a culture that values authentic leadership, embracing innovation, accountability, customer obsession, speed.

      If you are not aligned with our values you will not be happy here. We put our team members and customers first. We also know that our team members always put us first also.
