      Pros

      Pay is good only because once they lock you in its hard to find a job that will pay in the same range.

      Cons

      Hostel environment, bully mentality, no support. The management is terrible they only tear you down and point out all the wrongs. Nothing is ever good enough and they will make promises to you to keep that carrot dangling but they have no intention of fulfilling their promise.

      Great hours and great benefits.

      Cons

      Were do I start? Very demanding in very little time with lack of training from others who train. Very tense environment with some team leaders as control freaks. It's nice during the new hire phase then goes into the "I will throw you under the bus every chance I get" phase over the years.Very separated and not a team environment.

      new skill sets to be learned, lots of new experiences.

      Cons

      lack of compassion from Mgmt. Zero recognition for a job well done. Lots of begin "thrown to the wolfs" so to speak. Zero accountability for corporate/management mistakes.
