Pros

The company takes care of its employees and most people have a lot of enthusiasm for what they are doing. The perks and benefits are great and also the employees are nice.

Cons

The company is growing very fast so sometimes there is communication issues between departments. Sometimes the wrong people are hired for certain positions.

Pros

This is a startup with all the normal start-up perks.....fully stocked kitchen, dog friendly office, fun company events and team building. The culture is the true stand out, EVERYONE from the management down, works hard and is dedicated to seeing this company succeed. Egos are checked at the door. Open door policy and all opinions matter and count. With most start-up you can get burned out quickly but we are encouraged to create work/ life balance - so that we can continue to give our best.

Cons

Sometimes we run out of my favorite fruit snacks and I'm not a fan of the choice of IPA in our keg.
