Great Benefits, and Vacation Days, flexible hours.

Cons

CEO and high end managers are all friends outside of work and they do not separate work from there friendships

Pros

I loved the start-up mentality but after hiring non-start up people and having a COO that didn't really act like it, it started to deteriorate.

Cons

Lack of leadership. COO, was awful. I tried to tell him but he didn't change.
