- always felt supported from my peers and direct managers - good/fun people I've worked with

Cons

- tools are very elementary - attention/effort is pulled in too many directions that new products don't work well and existing products deteriorate - org is still very stagnant. Growth opportunities seem limited

the wlb is decent, okay benefits package (though health insurance is below industry standard)

Cons

Lots of micromanagers and bad managers within the Sales & AM org, terrible RTO policy, bad executive leadership, and lack of unified company direction which is not inspiring for the employees.
