Great CEO Smart employees Meaningful work

Cons

Sarah makes bad hiring decisions when it comes to the C-Suite and is far too slow to course correct when it becomes obvious. The CRO/CMO does not understand the business and lacks the curiosity, humility, and aptitude to go figure it out.

A fast moving company with lots of great projects driven by the US

As a global company it is very much US driven meaning colleagues outside of the US don't have much input which can cause frustration

Great folks, not so great leadership

Pros

The people on the ground doing the actual work are the literal best. Super collaborative and kind. I really enjoy working with my team.

Cons

Leadership is god awful. Their rookie mistakes have cost 25% of the company to lose their jobs. And now the people I've enjoyed working with, who have worked so hard, are gone. Culture is now gone. Total bummer.
