Pros

Dispatched from home, no office to report to on a regular basis. Newer trucks and uniforms. Pay is highly competitive and some of the top for this type of work. Very busy, not much down time or slow periods. If you like to work, CMS will give you just about as much as you want.

Cons

Benefits are not as good as others, even with equally competitive wages. Long work hours and demanding customers may interfere with work/life balance.

The only good thing about this company was the paycheck.

Cons

First off I was misled on multiple subjects in the interview. Immediately was told if I did not comply to being on call for multiple states termination was the only option. If you enjoy driving out of state in the middle of the night and making it home in time to run calls the next day then this is the place for you. 80 plus hours a week plus on cal never ends. It is constant as this company does not hire enough staff in any one area to properly cover the service demands. You will be a number not an employee. There are no opportunities for advancement and favoritism is blatant.
