      None that I feel are worth mentioning. Every job has challenges and cons at Nextech would be minimal.

      Company is growing financially each year

      Cons

      Even though company is growing each year, budget cuts come with it each year. They tend to promote management from outside the company and existing employees are essentially stuck even though they provide the knowledge of how the software actually works.
