      Employee recognition for those that just put their head down and do the work.

      Base salary is low for industry and product needs a total revamp to SAAS solution.

      Lots of positive changes here at NexTech. With Francisco Partners (FP) strategic partnership, we are under new management and seeing lots of positive changes. FP is a leading private equity firm that helps successful and well established technology companies grow to the next level. They are helping position and support our company to grow to the next level and maintain our market leading position, focus on core specialties, and high level of customer service. Good things to come for employees as well as our clients!!! Happy to be a part of this transition!!

      Waste of time, this is not a good place to work

      Pros

      If you put in your time AND management likes you, there is some potential to get rewarded. The office has a nice view.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, extremely limited training (only consisted of shadowing colleagues to watch what they did), dishonest management who say one thing and then do another. I was told three lies before I ever accepted my position. This is a family owned business and it is run by the family - for better or worse.
