      Visions, goals job itself is rewarding, challenging etc.

      Cons

      Company does not take care of their employees well. Pay rate, growth and management is out of touch with the day to day operations.

      Pros

      The work is interesting and great. You get reasonable autonomy and responsibility at work. Have met some really nice people as colleagues.

      Cons

      Location - not the most ideal. Embarrassingly limited number of menu options in the cafeteria. A lot of its management and processes are old-school and slow. Not very agile, specially in the context of software development. Nexteer was known to be a company that takes care of its employees, but not anymore. I have seen 3 layoffs in the past 2 years, with the last one being almost a 35% reduction. Fundamentally, it is just not doing well from a business stand-point, and the outlook does not look great. Hopefully it gets better in the future.
