Work around your schedule. Work from home 2 days a week.
Cons
Poorly managed. Constant cuts that affect moral and the ability to properly do your job. Cuts also affect quality and the ability to offer the exact product customers need. Hire and fire at the whim of the market. No loyalty. All engineering and production is moving overseas. No training, it is sink or swim for all positions in the company. Currently forcing out all older employees to save money.
