      Nexteer Automotive is a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Nexteer Automotive cares about their employees and they are consistently trying to find ways to improve.

      Cons

      The downside of Nexteer is that they have a lot of contract positions and it can sometimes be difficult to get promoted to a salaried position.

      Pros

      Was able to learn the entire assembly process of making EPS systems. Not just one area. Machining and assembly. Good knowledge for future positions.

      Cons

      Still had some of the GM/Delphi mentality. Took a very long time to get things reviewed and approved.
