      Pros

      A lot of work to do - always busy (but that could be a con as well - company takes "do more with less" to the extreme); people are great to work with - family environment; no micromanaging

      Cons

      They discriminate; no room for promotion; facility is very old and dirty; computer systems are very old; employees are very underpaid

      Pros

      Good group of people to work with within programs.

      Cons

      No room for upward growth. Uneven work loads. Sporadic international travel. Pay not competitive with markets in Auburn Hills/Troy/Detroit area. Facility is ugly and depressing.

      Pros

      The company seems to be doing well with its new programs and talks a lot about opportunities for growth in the upcoming years.

      Cons

      Saginaw is not a fun city to work in. The company doesn't value all engineers or give challenging enough work to less experienced engineers, and it is easy to get stuck in a plant engineering job. There is a lot of turnover at the company. Management will talk like the company is doing really well but then turns around and can't give out expected incentive compensation or lays people off.
