      Pros

      Has some easier jobs in various plants.

      Cons

      Every morning is a report whether we are over budget or not, in most cases we are by a lot, normally by the end of the first week of the month.

      Pros

      Coworkers and some good support staff (engineers), but they are understaffed.

      Cons

      Top heavy. Not really sure what management does, besides sit in meetings. Never follow through with what is talked about in those meetings. Communication is lacking. Want top production from machines that are 40+ years old, hard to get when management will not spend money to fix them. Management disregards the union contract that is in place (weak union). Management does not hold skilled trades accountable.

      Salary plus overtime Decent benefits Dedicated mid level mgt

      Cons

      Reviews months late, inaccurate, based on whether upper mgt likes you. Too much downsizing putting immense stress on mid mgt Poor communication.
