      Pros

      Interesting work, fast paced, ungodly amount of bookings, paid overtime for salary possible.

      Cons

      Salaries not as competitive as Southeastern Michigan for the same job. The company relies too much on signed paper copies slowing down internal processes. Under staffed for the amount of bookings. Struggling to become a high tech company (Electronic Power Steering) from a metal cutting company.

      Pros

      Great intellectual organization. Strong growth in certain areas of company. If you are from the Saginaw area, a good place to work

      Cons

      Lack of upper management direction. Poor HR organization. Often times conflicting messages are being sent. Chinese ownership has a lack of understanding of life cycle of automotive programs which is causing stress on organization. Concern going forward about work/life balance in certain areas of organization
