      Pros

      Good people within the organization, exciting opportunities if you're in the right group, job longevity. The new leadership shows lots of potential for where he wants to take the company. The Chinese ownership group has created great goals and stayed relatively hands-off, letting our President run things.

      Cons

      "Same old" is allowed too often, not enough accountability throughout many parts of the organization.

      Pros

      A 100 year company specialized in drive line and steering. Was once a part of Delphi automotives and GM. Has survived thru rough whether during the recent recession. Has been steered well during the transition to part from Delphi to become a single entity. The entry into HPS and EPS.

      Cons

      The hierarchy in individual department's. Limited customer base. Location is far from the prime automotive hubs.

      he friendly people around you while you work. if you need overtime for some extra cash its seems to stick around..

      Cons

      them saying we get a bonus then we get nothing at all. work to many hours an not enough earnings.
