      Good location, with low cost of living Friendly and relaxed environment Good projects, although can be repetitive Hands-on advanced technologies use

      Cons

      Not the best location if you are used to big cities and fast life places Seems like there is shortage of resources (as people then to leave), and work load is not well distributed.
