      Pros

      I would categorize this as the most difficult job I've had and the best job I've had. There's not a typical day at work and I get annoyed with lots of things, but also see Nextiva from another perspective. That's why I'm here and want to stay. It's growing all the time and I've worked with fantastic people.

      Pros

      The company culture is the best that I have ever seen for a company. Everyone is family. I take great pride to be a part of it. My bosses have challenged me, and this has increased my skills in my career. I am more self-confidence, work more effective, and have increased drastically my sale's skills.

      Cons

      Quick pace company that challenges you in your craft. It's not a bad thing, but you be prepared for it.

      Really relevant technology

      Pros

      There is only going to be more demand from technology like what Nextiva has and is creating so it’s awesome to be able to work for a company that’s growing and on the cutting edge of a fast-moving industry.

      Cons

      My least favorite thing about Nextiva is the performance review process - it’s really full on and quite stressful to me.
