      Pros

      My manager and my team are awesome. I like the work and enjoy the day-to-day.

      Cons

      It would be great to see a shift to better reward long time employees. As a young company I can see that maybe they didn’t need this before but there are lots of opportunities for young developers who have a few years of experience so it’s important to stay competitive.

      Nextiva lives at the intersection of technology and business in Arizona. I work with Skilled Intelligent people. Would recommend it to other people. Very good management culture and experience. Strongly recommend anyone who loves technology to seek a job here.

      -Best company culture of any of my previous jobs -Room for growth. I have seen countless people move up with the ladder. -Incredible benefits for a full-time employee -Forward thinking company that always looking out toward growth
