      Best company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      It doesn’t feel like a company with 700 people. There’s an ability to grow here and try things you may have not done before. Lots of good apples in the office.

      Cons

      Monthly quota gets tiring but I’ve hit it every month except for one. Some bad apples that are caner.

      Worst Account Management Job in Phoenix

      absolutely none. Worst company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      This is the worst place I have ever worked. There is no flexibility in the schedule. The turnover in my former department was ridiculous. It was the worst account management job I have ever had. Read the complaints about Nextiva....no one wants to be called every day for a check in. Account management should not have inside sales based metrics. There is no department leadership and suggestions are never taken into account.
