      Pros

      I worked at Nextiva in 2011 and left the company to move closer to my parents. I remember at the time it was fast paced and lots of fun. My time lasted only 6 months and I enjoyed it all. I found it surprising that there was no structured training program for new employees but that has hopefully changed by now. I do not keep in touch with many of the people there anymore.

      Cons

      My experience was short term and I left the company because I had to. It was a positive ending.

      Pros

      I'm not working at Nextiva anymore but did for more than 4 years. I had a great time. Saw the company go from being not well-known to one of the top company's. It was a rollercoaster ride all the time but an experience I loved and I'm grateful for. The friends I made are for life. I would tell people thinking of working there to do it. It's rare these days to find a company that's growing, cares, and has a bright future.

      Cons

      I can sit around and nitpick about everything in life and my times at Nextiva. But won't bore you with my stories. I went into Nextiva knowing nothing about phones or even technology. I was a financial analyst that wanted to get into technology. I learned and it was a great time.
