-Entrepreneurial company that continues to grow rapidly and improve market position. -Hands-on CEO who is committed to being the best in all ways and always moving forward. -Lots of advancement opportunities for most positions. -Suggestions and feedback are implemented from all levels.

Cons

-Some growing pains from rapid growth. -Not a negative, but fast-paced, high-expectation environment not for those looking to drift along and just collect a paycheck.

Pros

I like the product as it is a tool that every business needs. Providing companies with a phone system technology is meaningful. The work is challenging and it took me longer than I expected to learn all the ropes and do this right way. The biggest pro for me about this company is how so many people embrace change well. Before nextiva I worked at a company that was filled with people against one another and trying to get their idea to the top. Nextiva is much more open egos don’t interfere.

Cons

I was under the impression that it was going to be easier to come in and get it. The expectation needs to be set better up front. Technologically speaking this has been too much information to swallow right away.

Company Overall: - Company atmosphere is very positive and fun - Great people to work with (coworkers and management) - Meals provided (Monday breakfast and Friday Lunch) Position-specific: - Challenging but rewarding position - Looks great on a resume

Cons

Company Overall: - Can be a bit under-staffed at times (this is most likely growing pains due to fast growth of the company, so not a huge negative but needs to be addressed) Position-specific: - Position is very demanding and leads to quite of bit of in-and-out of other IMs - Pay not quite where it should be for the demands of the position - Work-life balance is very skewed in favor of work (not the type of job that would work easily for someone with many outside of work commitments or that wants to work and be in school at the same time)
