Pros

You learn a lot while working there and gain valuable technical experience. Its fast-paced, and co-workers are very helpful.

Cons

The pay could be better. I live 30 minutes out (29 miles) but it could take over an hour to get there with traffic.

Pros

I curse all day but I won't get called out cuz my boss curses more.

Cons

Can't make any money, been here over a year and in the top 1/4 of reps, and don't make what they told me I'd make my four month. Racist and all kinds of inappropriate jokes all day, poor leads and way less than ever, "promotions" are a joke. The company is good at marketing their culture, I wish it was accurate in any way. Be ready to get crap if you don't stay late and work weekends. Managements decisions are misguided and we think they are trying to sell the company.
