      Great company if you're looking to grow your career. Great at customer service.

      Cons

      Not the company for people that don't like change. The environment gets stressful.

      Pros

      Free Breakfast on Mondays and Lunch on Fridays. Facilities are nice. Culture is upbeat fun and inclusive. AE training is good. 100% commission for first 3 months for AEs

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals. No structured processes for managers to follow. Zero manager training exist. Inconsistent accountability. When people fail, the amount of effort and work they put in to succeed is not taken into consideration. You can do everything asked of you and all the company cares about is the numbers. The leads do not come in frequent enough for new people to see early success. Outdated practices and procedures are not being updated to support growth rate. EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE IN ALL AREAS OF THE COMPANY.
