      Good mix of fun and work Actually cares for team Ran the rock n roll marathon with my colleagues yesterday Days go by really fast Food in the office Good contests

      Pros

      Cloud based systems are the way of the future, so I feel like Nextiva is going to be a good company/experience to have on my resume. The company always tries to be better and innovate, and I think this is part of what it makes it interesting as you know things are constantly evolving

      Cons

      Parking could be better? Sounds silly, but it really annoys me in the mornings as I live too far away to bike.
