      Pros

      I’ve learned a lot so far from my time at Nextiva. I have a great manager who I look up to and can learn a lot from. It’s good to be around high performers and be pushed to improve at all times. I think that’s one of the major benefits of being here is that you have to step up, learn and grow.

      Cons

      The benefits are beyond amazing. The pay was fantastic. The upper management and the training is wonderful as well.

      Pros

      I genuinely have fun at work. I have a great team and it’s not a drudge to be here.

      Cons

      There’s lots of work to do. At times it can be stressful and there is pressure to perform but on the plus side they support you and you’re not doing it alone.

      Great company if you're looking to grow your career. Great at customer service.

      Cons

      Not the company for people that don't like change. The environment gets stressful.
