      Good vision and leadership from management

      Pros

      Nextiva has been a good place for me. I feel really engaged, and a lot of that (when comparing to my previous jobs) comes down to the fact that the leadership team have a very clear vision of what they are trying to achieve. There have been a lot of changes lately, and it feels like the company has taken some big steps, but it’s been really clearly communicated as to why, so I found it easy to get on board, and an exciting time to work here.

      Cons

      Maybe that there have been some big pivotal changes for the company lately? I have found it exciting to be a part of it, but some people might not enjoy change as much.
