      Professional and good work life balance

      Pros

      I felt like I had really good balance when working at this job. We were expected to work hard and get good results, but I felt like they were very accommodating of the fact we had lives outside of work and families we would like to see. I was never pressured to work late, it very much was a work smarter, not necessarily later or harder type scenario!

      Cons

      Products are exciting if you have been in this space for a while - they perform well for our customers. It's definitely the culture that does that.

      Big goals and fast growth

      Pros

      It’s exciting to be part of the Nextiva team. They have huge goals and are growing really fast. It’s a great place for a young person, early in their career to get lots of opportunities for learning and professional development.

      Cons

      There isn’t much in the way of work-life balance. I work a lot but I love it so it’s not a burden.

      Fast growing and good business

      Pros

      Work on new technologies. Smart people in the office. Good business. Future is bright. Supports the non profits in Arizona. Training has improved a lot. When the company has an area that it needs to improve on.. it doesn't last for a long time. Things move quickly. No politics or office drama situations. My brother works here.

      Cons

      I can't complain. This is the best company I've ever been a part of.
