      Great people, interesting projects, fabulous technology. Most important they have excellent work culture.

      Pros

      The people honestly are the best coworkers I have had the opportunity to work with in my career. The company is growing and developing a ton of new products which is very exciting. This is a very fair company to work for and truly has their employees best interest which is rare for a sales organization. If you are willing to work hard and play hard you will have a wonderful career with Nextiva.

      Cons

      Staying competitive in the market when our competition is going bottom dollar on everything. We definitely have the best value and product in the market but sometimes $$ is the main concern.

      You can make a ton of money if you embrace the sales process and focus your energy on closing deals. The management team is dedicated to helping you be successful. Lots of feedback about performance and how to improve to maximize your potential. There is a ton of room for growth into multiple areas of the business. Go Getters will do great here!

      Cons

      Takes a couple months to build a pipeline and ramp up but you can still earn a ton of money during this time.
