There are dead ends Typical CC, metrics, high call volume, few incentives If you're not "IN" you're "OUT" They went back 8 months to dig up issues to deny me a $200/mo raise

My advice if you accept an offer here is to continue to interview, keep your open to work on, ride the ramp, and exit after you get a good look under the hood. Like most people who review companies on this site, I thought it would be different for me. This has been probably the worst experience that I've had with an organization.
