      Pros

      The fastest growing and largest privately held hosted telecommunications company allows its outside sales people to truly be the CEOs of our territory.

      Cons

      The organization is not yet equipped to support an enterprise teams' sales efforts. due to being spread a bit thin on projects.

      Great company

      Pros

      The company is going to go places and the speed of growth seems to be ahead of the industry. There's a great group of people that work in the office and people get along well. Benefits and comp are fair. Ample room to do new things. Not a micro managing atmosphere.

      Cons

      The low performers get too much attention. People that suck shouldn't be hired and shouldn't continue to get attention from managers to help them. They are hopeless and should be let go.

      Pros

      Nextiva is a great place to work! Good people, great product, and lots of fun!! I would recommend this company to anyone who likes a work hard play hard environment!

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and is not immune to growing pains. The company does its best and usually corrects pretty quickly.
