Pros

The company is super open to employee suggestions and they make every attempt to make the workplace as enjoyable as possible. Hard work and talent are noticed and taken seriously. Coworkers are great and management is top notch. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Fast paced adjustments and changes, but that is what is required to become an innovator and leader in the industry.

Pros

I worked at Nextiva for a bit over 12 months and was ready for a change in role. I spoke with HR and they were really helpful and helped me find something new to move into. I thought this was really cool as I had been a bit nervous about raising with them about wanting to move sideways into something that interested me more. I am getting new experience, which I think will really benefit my career. It was good to get that opportunity!

Cons

When I started in sales it took me a while to build my pipeline up and get a good income from commission.

Good company and spirit. Makes you feel like you are always making a difference and truly a part of the team. Great place to learn and grow

Cons

company has been in a start up mentality for too long and lacks some order. This can hinder growth after a certain point
