Pros

I liked the perks that came with the job, they are all small things but didn't happen in the old office I worked for so I really appreciated them (free coffee, food, social events etc). I found the work quite interesting and it felt like there was always something on the work front for me to really get into.

Cons

Didn't see any. I worked on lots of different projects so it was really varied and interesting.
