I have two young kids so work life balance is important to me. At my old job I didn’t have it at all and that’s why I moved. Nextiva has a great culture around balancing work and life. I am more balanced and less stressed and I can enjoy time with my family without feeling guilty.

Cons

None come to mind. I am always learning something new everyday.

Mission Impossible - Hopeless Battle of The Last Account Executive

If you survive the elusive quota battle, you only have to wait 30 days to get a new influx of leads from those that didn’t survive.

Cons

In a world...where deception reigns supreme and right is wrong and wrong is right, mighty warriors battle inner demons and amongst themselves for hard found hidden treasures. Watch as they sadistically devour each other valiantly clashing to achieve quota, most never even coming close. Learn the spells and incantations that may improve their odds. You will laugh, cry and cheer as you watch the battle unfold. Fate does not shine favorable on the 80%+ that do not survive the rigors of this heroic battle. Valiant efforts are not lost as fallen warriors spoils are divided among the most crafty and nefarious elders.

Pros

I worked at Nextiva from when it had about 30 employees and saw it grow to almost 300. Every day was different. I never felt bored. The environment was good. Tons of great people worked there. I still keep in touch with most of my friends from there. Moved away to be closer to my parents but would have stayed with them for much longer if I didn't move. One other thing I recall is how nice some customers were. I got to work on the phone system for really cool companies.

Cons

Things would move very quickly. Pressure was always high to meet numbers. Training was simple when I first started. Towards the end of my career there, they improved their training programs.
