So many fake reviews!

Free lunch Fridays, stocked kitchen, 1 wfh day per week. Mid level management +.

Cons

It’s high pressure, and deadlines that aren’t realistic. Lots of new C levels, VPs, Directors...none of them good. Devs are leaving left and right. Why work your butt off for leadership that doesn’t care? Also, the product team is pretty garbage.

Big growth opportunities and lots of challenge

Pros

I am really excited to be with Nextiva. I feel that my professional growth is faster here and I am getting lots of opportunities for development. There are loads of challenges but I see that as also lots of opportunities.

Cons

The downside of the opportunities and challenges is there is a culture that is pretty full on. I work a lot of hours and while that’s fine for now I can see that it might not be fine forever. I hope that it’s something they can resolve in the near term.

Pros

I am never bored and always have interesting things to work on with enough variation that it keeps me engaged. This is super important to me as I want to keep growing and getting better at my job. I think the best way to do that is to get challenging work and just get into it.

Cons

This is an excellent company to work for. There are always training opportunities and the ability to take on advanced roles. Great place to thrive and grow as an employee. I would recommend Nextiva to professionals with various backgrounds.
