      Have only been working here for a few weeks, but so far my experience has been awesome. Have not met a single person who hasn't been kind and helpful and the company has made it clear they genuinely care about career development.

      Amazing training and ramp up for new hires

      Great community, everyone has been very helpful early on, clearly defined promo paths, solid upper management and great training team.

      Cons

      I joined a new dept at Nextiva and there are still a lot of bumps and bruises early on, however, the team has been dedicated to working out the kinks.

      I recently joined Nextiva a few months ago, and I must say, it feels like I found my home. Without a doubt, this is the best company I've had the pleasure of working for. They genuinely invest in their employees' growth, offering valuable development opportunities and dedicated coaching to enhance our skills. In my short time here I’ve gone through significant professional growth as an account executive, leaving me extremely enthusiastic about what lies ahead. At Nextiva, the potential for success is limitless as long as you're willing to put in the effort.
