      Pros

      - Fast paced and dynamic team — very smart and fun people across the entire organization - Recently built HQ office that has great perks (catered lunches twice/week) - Lots of employees have been at Nextiva for 10+ years (or have returned after leaving the company) which proves the strength of the company’s culture - Strong company trajectory over the next 5-10 years

      Cons

      - At times, it can feel chaotic like an early-stage startup (a pro & a con) — onboarding and training is very limited - Legacy GTM tech stack without foreseeable plans to make upgrades/switches

      Really good people but that won’t last long

      Cons

      Micromanaging, resources stretched super thin, platform lacking innovation, leadership doesn’t have urgency around customer facing issues, everyone is afraid of losing their jobs, lacking accountability and no visibility at all to roadmap on the front line; leadership not connected to the business
