Pros

The environment at Nextiva is amazing. Everyone is happy to lend a hand and provide insight and support. Nextiva is doing a great job creating a culture of top producers and an exciting environment conducive to growth!

Cons

Just like with any company, nothing is perfect. Here and there I might encounter bugs with the system we work with but I've been told a lot of work has gone into making improvements. If I ever encounter anything that is a hinderance, the management team is on top of making sure there is a solution as soon as possible. I've had a great experience thus far.
