Pros

The culture is fantastic! Everyone in the office is welcoming and generous with their time and knowledge. They truly believe in the people they hire. Lunches are catered twice per week, snacks, drinks, coffee and fresh pastries can be found in the kitchen everyday. Competitive pay and great office equipment is provided. Everyone has a standing desk and there is ample room in the office unlike many other companies who cram too many bodies into a small area. If you are over 40 miles from the office they allow remote work.

Cons

There is a lot to learn very quickly, but they are patient. It feels overwhelming...I had to write something to get this published.
