Other teams are great to work with. Considering a transfer of departments.

Cons

Head of Sales is not qualified for the job. There is no actual management of the team and the team knows how to take advantage of that fact. There is no true feedback given on performance “all is amazing” until they decide they don’t like you. All of the sales leadership promotes vindictive behavior and tries to oust you if you have a differing opinion or speak your mind. Don’t stunt growth as much as you want to grow consider revamped team.

Great training,good pay, lots of schedule options, no uniform, lots of opportunities, no work outside of your hours.

Cons

Not great on paid leave, bereavement maternity is not good at all.
