Pros

This is a growing company with wonderful opportunities. I am not only learning more about the company and how it works, but also learning more about myself. This company has helped me grow as a manager and succeed in the goals I have set forth. Every day I see new challenges and I learn to overcome obstacles. This is a very rewarding career.

Cons

This Company is so understanding and positive. They treat their employees like family. I have nothing negative to report on them. It has been such a joy working with the NextLink team.

Pros

Nextlink offers their employees a complete insurance package including vision and dental. Management focuses on customer satisfaction and on making certain that all employees feel like they are part of the team. Meetings are conducted regularly that focus on how to improve this fast growing company. This is a company that focuses on giving back to the communities they serve through fund raising activities.

Cons

None - Great place to work. In my opinion, Management cares about me as a person and values me as an employee.

Pros

Well funded startup. Owner and upper management are followers of Jesus. Growing fast; easily taking over current market from top competitor Skybeam. I recommend working for this company, if you can get "in" with the bosses.

Cons

Horrible communication between management and workers. Like, none, unless you mess up. Get written up before even being spoken to about correcting an issue. There is no training, it's just pick it up on the job. If you know one of the insiders (owner, upper management, salesman), then you are respected and appreciated. If not, then you are ignored. At least I and three others were.
